You can watch all of your favorite shows for free on Kidoodle.TV®. There’s no obligation to sign up or create an account. However, creating an account allows you to access the Parents Room where you can use our parental controls, upload personal videos with Family Moments™, or view without ads. Premium account fees vary depending on region.
Kidoodle.TV® believes in Safe Streaming™ for all. Our dedicated quality assurance team watches every episode to make sure they’re safe for your family. With a premium account, parents have the option of turning individual shows on or off to better align with their family values.

We appreciate that in today’s digital age there are times when children will access their screens. Whether it’s for learning or entertainment managing healthy screen time is incredibly important. With a premium account, parents can make use of a series of parental controls, including time limits, automatic shutdown, and a breakdown of viewing habits.
The Family Moments feature allows families to upload, store, and share their home videos. You can access the Family Moments section of the app through your mobile device or tablet. You can upload videos from your device or record directly into the app. Follow the prompts to label and share your videos.
Once you’ve created an account you can access the Parents Room to completely customize your child’s viewing experience. Change colors or avatars, turn shows on or off, and access relevant billing information.
We have worked hard to create a service that can be accessed across as many devices as possible, but as with all technology there are times when it may not work properly. There are a number of reasons why this can happen including simple connectivity issues to more complex ones. If you’re experiencing any issues, please try the following:
1. Confirm that you are connected to a WIFI network and that the connection is strong.
2. Close the app and re-launch it.
3. Sign out of your account (if you have one) and log back in.
4. Check to see if there is a recent update, and if so, update the app.
5. Delete the app from your device and re-install it.
If the problem persists, please contact us and we would be more than happy to try and find a solution. When sending us a message please take note of any error codes you may see, and provide as much detailed information as possible, including the device you’re streaming on.
Unfortunately, Kidoodle.TV® is a streaming service and as such you must be connected to a WIFI network or use data to watch.
To cancel your account, enter the Parents Room via your app and follow the prompts.
